Have Up To 4 Eggs A Day! (Boiled or Scrambled)
Off and on since 2019 I have been very sick and after allot of tests, I finally found out that I had non-alcoholic liver disease. The bad news is, it almost killed me. At one point I was in so much pain that I was begging God to bring me home and even made all of my funeral arrangements at that time. The good news is, the tests revealed that it was not too late for my liver to repair itself but I had to make a choice - Life or Death. I Chose Life! So I started making major changes while educating myself about food, diet and ingredients. (In March of 2022 I weighed 220 pounds and by September of 2022 I was down to 174 pounds and now in October of 2023 I weigh 165 pounds.) Losing weight is not easy but it's not that hard to do if you really want it! It's all about knowledge and a little sacrifice. The payoff is worth it!
#1: If it's white, don't eat it. Which includes pasta, potatoes, cottage cheese, bread, sugar, salt, mayo, sour cream and so on...
#2: No Soda! No Fruit Juice! No Beer! No Liquor! Drink water, unsweetened tea and coffee - (use stevia or monkfruit as sweetner).
#3: You can eat up to four eggs a day (boiled/scrambled). You can also eat salads, veggies, fruit, baked/grilled chicken & fish (all in moderation).
(Eat Raw Garlic! Eat Raw Avocados! - These are your super foods)
(Tip: Use 'SkinnyGirl' Italian style vinaigrette salad dressings).
#4: Only eat food between 6am and 6 pm, then fast only drinking liquid from 6pm to 6am.
(No Sugar! No Fruit Juice! No fried food! No fast food! No processed food!)
No Industrial Seed Oils!
(No Canola Oil, No Cottonseed Oil, No Corn Oil, No Peanut Oil, No Rapeseed Oil, No Safflower Oil, No Soybean Oil, No Sunflower Oil)
Approved Oils: Avocado Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Real Butter, Bacon Grease
Bad Ingredients: Monosodium Glutamate, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Nitrate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sucralose, Added Sugar, Cane Sugar, Aspartame, BHT, Natural Flavorings, Artificial Flavorings, Soy Protein Isolate, Modified Food Starch, Corn Starch, Anything Enriched, Carrageenan.
No Grains!
No Snacks After 6pm!
